The continuing route gave me quite a ride... up through Prescott National Forest, little valleys and meadows of farmland and livestock, small communities, and also an exciting ride down Yarnell Hill! That was something... especially in the rain.

I stopped in Wickenburg, spent a little time walking around a shopping area, and had some ice cream at Good Water and Ice. After nourishment and exercise, I tackled the rest of the route which had very heavy traffic. But Mr. G guided me all the way and I did not get nervous or tense about the driving conditions.
Now I'm back in my Home Sweet Home. This has been such a successful experiment. I learned a lot about driving, about the freeway system, and about being on my own. And I look forward to the next adventure of Mr. G and Me!

The biggest accomplishment to me is that you enjoyed it; the worry of yesteryear while maybe not gone entirely, did not paralyze you and keep you from enjoying what and where you are at the moment.
Glad to hear it Sis~!
