.....Well this is an exciting prospect... a little scary too! More than a little, because I have not ever traveled and explored on my own.
.....Lots of experience being the passenger though. Navigation and map skills, plus reading the street signs... that's been my forte. But I'm alone now. (Read more about it at "My Widow's Walk")

.....This is a whole new thing for me. Yet.... never fear! I have a friend, and he gives me confidence. He will help me if I get lost (which I will, as past experience shows), patiently talk me through my mistakes, misunderstandings, and miscalculations.

Update


Just a note to let you know that I'm feeling quite a bit better and hope to be back behind the wheel with Mr. Gee real soon. I'll keep you posted!

The temp is really sky-high around the ol' homestead, so I need some altitude for sure!

Glad you're feeling better, Ellen. If you need someplace cooler to visit, Sitka is supposed to get up to 62 today. :-)
